Raintree’s founders and Directors, Pavan Kumar and Mohan Narayan have a combined experience of over 50 years in the industry. Our niche is providing services primarily for Property Owners, Corporates and Developers predominantly in the residential segment. Raintree has aggregated over 375 acres and transacted in over 600 properties Across Bangalore & Mysore. Our clients swear by our competence and integrity. Raintree has facilitated several high value transactions in running into hundreds of Crores for developers and individual owners/corporates.

Director
Pavan Kumar and Mohan Narayan were early employees of Total Environment Building Systems and part of their Senior Management team. They have made significant contributions to Total Environment during their tenure. Both Pavan Kumar and Mohan Narayan were classmates, who pursued Electronics & Communications degrees from Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, Bangalore University. Between them, both as employees and consultants, helped launch projects close to 10 million square feet built up area in over 300 acres Across Bangalore & Mysore. Some notable projects are major landmarks in the city, including names like Windmills of your Mind, Pursuit of a Radical Rhapsody, After the Rain, In that quiet Earth, The Magic Faraway Tree, Learning to Fly, Grasshoppers, Shubh Enclave, among others.
