Legal Due Diligence: Raintree will peruse the title papers of the property establish basic marketable title. If need be, any missing documents will be procured, at the client’s cost. A folder with the title documents will be prepared and organised in such a manner that the Buyer or his advocate would require minimum time to establish
Title. Raintree will inspect the original title papers before marketing.

Raintree will use both traditional and modern methods of selling
the property. Advertising in newspapers, display of banners, posting in portals, Advertising in their networks of real estate consultants/ brokers & CREA etc.,

Raintree will manage the negotiation, documentation of the Sale Agreements, Sale Deeds, Power of attorneys. Raintree will also coordinate between the advocates of Seller & Buyer. We will also coordinate with the Buyer’s bank if they are applying for a bank loan. We will also coordinate with the Seller’s auditors to ensure tax compliance.
