About Our Directors
Pavan Kumar and Mohan S Narayanan Directors were early employees of Total Environment Building Systems and part of their Senior Management team. They have made significant contributions to Total Environment during their tenure.
Both Pavan Kumar A R and Mohan S Narayanan, were classmates, who pursued Electronics & Communications degrees from Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, Bangalore University. Between them, both as employees and consultants, helped launch projects close to 10 million square feet built up area in over 375 acres across Bangalore & Mysore. Some notable projects are major landmarks in the city, including names like Windmills of your Mind, Pursuit of a Radical Rhapsody, After the Rain, In that quiet Earth, The Magic Faraway Tree, Learning to Fly, Grasshoppers, Shubh Enclave, among others.

In his last position at Total Environment Building Systems, Pavan Kumar was Vice President New Projects. Pavan has an incredible understanding of Bangalore and Mysore real estate market.
His strengths include analyzing and providing right solutions for any given real estate transaction. He is extremely detailed oriented and a perfectionist, who will not leave any stone unturned to help a client.

Mr. Mohan Narayan
Director
Mohan Narayan was part of the senior management team at Total Environment Building Systems. Mohan can quickly relate to client’s requirements by walking in their shoes.
His passion to help clients and his incredibly vast network across Bangalore and Mysore enables him to quickly help clients for all their real estate needs. He is a voracious reader and is well informed about many topics, including real estate. Mohan, with his knowledge and business acumen will quickly provide feedback on what is and isn’t possible with any given real estate transaction so the clients can focus on the right things.
